Jobenomics is pleased to announce that the Jobenomics Grassroots Movement now includes Canada. With the cooperation of local Albertan community leaders, Jobenomics conducted a detailed analysis entitled “Creating Jobs For Everyone” for the Canadian province of Alberta (population 4.3 million), which is seeking to diversify its economy. On 4 April 2019, Jobenomics presented its findings to elected officials and economic development professionals attending the Economic Development Alberta (EDA) 2019 Conference in Banff, Alberta. As a result of this presentation, approximately a dozen city leaders expressed interested in formerly launching a Jobenomics Alberta initiative.
Additionally, Leann Hackman-Carty, the EDA CEO and Founder of Hackman-Carty Associates, assumed the role of Jobenomics Alberta Managing Director.
